the room door did not close properly. i needed to slap it hard. the toilet bowl was shaking and leaking water. the wash basin leaked water as well.

The room had amazing views. I saw Lumpini Park. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. I plan to return and stay longer next time I am in the city..

The gym has sufficient equipment. I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes and also the pool is very nice. It overlooks Lumphini Park and is easily accessible for a quick swim. The room I stayed in was spacious. It had a large bed and plenty of room to move around.
It sometimes requires a wait especially during peak hours.

slow check-in
Check-in took an hour. the staff did not understand simple requests. I called for room service and housekeeping showed up instead. the whole experience felt disjointed and frustrating

My room had a spacious layout. The gym was well kept with good equipment. The rooftop bar provided a good atmosphere. The staff demonstrated warming welcome upon my arrival. I found the team to be very nice.
The hotel's design can feel a bit worn, perhaps it is a bit overpriced.
